Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

Paul Big Engine & Gearbox provides comprehensive warranties on all engines:

  • New Engines: Full manufacturer warranty (12-24 months)
  • Rebuilt Engines: 12-month parts and labor warranty
  • Remanufactured Engines: 12-24 month warranty depending on program
  • Used Engines: 30-day operational guarantee

2. What is Covered

Our warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
  • Engine block, cylinder head, crankshaft, and camshaft
  • Pistons, rings, bearings, and gaskets
  • Oil pump, water pump, and fuel injection system

3. What is Not Covered

Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper installation or maintenance
  • Use of incorrect or contaminated fluids
  • Overloading or operating beyond specifications
  • Normal wear and tear items (belts, hoses, filters)
  • Damage from accidents, abuse, or neglect

4. Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim:

  1. Contact our warranty department immediately
  2. Provide proof of purchase and warranty documentation
  3. Allow our technicians to inspect the engine
  4. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion

5. Warranty Transfer

Warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser. The warranty becomes void if the engine is resold without our authorization.
