1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver nationwide across all South African provinces including Gauteng, Western Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, Eastern Cape, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, North West, Free State, and Northern Cape.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery times:
- Gauteng: 2-3 business days
- Western Cape & KwaZulu-Natal: 3-5 business days
- Other provinces: 4-7 business days
- Remote areas: 5-10 business days
3. Shipping Methods
All engines are shipped using specialized freight carriers experienced in handling heavy industrial equipment. Engines are properly crated, secured, and insured during transit.
4. Free Delivery
Free nationwide delivery is available on orders over R50,000. For orders below this threshold, shipping costs will be calculated based on destination and engine weight.
5. Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and estimated delivery date. Our logistics team is available to provide updates throughout the delivery process.
6. Delivery Requirements
The customer must ensure:
- A suitable delivery address with forklift or crane access
- Someone available to receive and inspect the delivery
- Proper documentation for clearance if applicable
