Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the engine does not match the described specifications. The engine must be in the same condition as received and properly crated for return shipping.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will arrange inspection and collection
  4. Upon verification, refund or exchange will be processed

3. Refund Options

We offer two refund options:

  • Full Refund: If the engine does not match specifications
  • Exchange: Replace with an equivalent or upgraded engine

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Engines that have been installed or used
  • Special order or custom-built engines
  • Engines damaged due to improper installation
  • Returns requested after the 7-day period

5. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong engine, not as described), we cover all shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
